Isn't it time the NTSB instructed the NHTSA to mandate seat belts on all new motorcoaches built and registered in the U.S.?

Yes: Passengers should have available to them the same safety equipment the driver has.

Probably Yes: Studies show in a catastrophic bus accident, such as roll-overs, 90% of victims would've been saved by seat belt.

Maybe: Since the Aussies and Europeans researched and tested seat belts, made them mandatory,maybe we should follow their lead.

Probably No: Compartmentalized seating configuration as a safety theory has worked in the majority of motorcoach accidents.
